Delivery
Orders placed through the Rose on Fire online store are shipped to the address provided during checkout or to a selected InPost Parcel Locker, where this delivery method is available for the order.
Available Delivery Methods
Depending on the destination country, the following delivery methods may be available:
- InPost Parcel Locker
- Courier
Available delivery methods and their costs are displayed during checkout.
Processing Time
Orders are prepared for dispatch within 2–3 business days after payment has been received.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation and, where available, a tracking number.
Delivery times depend on the selected delivery method and the destination country.
InPost Parcel Locker
If you select InPost Parcel Locker delivery, you can choose an available Parcel Locker through the InPost system.
If, for technical reasons, selecting a Parcel Locker is not possible during checkout, you may be asked to provide your preferred Parcel Locker after placing your order.
Delivery Address
The Customer is responsible for providing a correct delivery address and contact details.
If incorrect information is provided and this prevents delivery, additional shipping costs may apply if the order needs to be resent.
